This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 992 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 992 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
You must notify the 992 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 992 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 992 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. 992 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to an account. For any transaction disputes, users must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the current withdrawal policy. 992 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Any bonuses, rewards, or free credits granted by 992 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the rewards system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

992 also reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without providing reasons to the applicant.

Account Suspension & Closure
992 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to recover any remaining balance in the account.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 992 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 992 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 992 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 992.
Third-Party Links
The 992 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 992 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution channels or through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
